Qualification
- Technical Assistant Trainee: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (Passed in 2024 or 2025).
- Technician (Rigger/Welder): SSLC with ITI (Welding) or 3 years rigging experience.
- Junior Secretary cum Assistant: Any Degree with English Typewriting/Shorthand (Lower Grade) and MS Office knowledge.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must meet the minimum marks criteria and educational qualifications strictly as per the discipline requirements. The cut-off date for all criteria is 05 April 2026.

Salary Structure
The salary package includes a competitive basic pay along with IDA, HRA, and other corporate benefits. Technical Trainees will receive a stipend during their training period.

Selection Process
The selection process is designed to test both general aptitude and technical knowledge. Candidates must clear each stage to move forward in the recruitment.
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type test for all candidates.
- Skill / Trade Test: Applicable for Technician and Junior Secretary posts (Post Codes 5, 6, 7).
- Document Verification: Verification of original certificates and eligibility.
- Medical Examination: Pre-employment fitness check by a Civil Surgeon.
Exam Pattern
The CBT Exam Pattern consists of two parts. Candidates must score a minimum of 50% (40% for SC/ST/PwBD) to qualify.

Selected candidates will be involved in the production and maintenance activities of the fertilizer plant. These are regular positions requiring high dedication.
- Operations: Managing Ammonia, Urea, and Bio-fertilizer manufacturing units.
- Maintenance: Routine and breakdown maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Shifts: Technical positions require working in rotating shifts round the clock.
- Location: Primary posting at Manali, Chennai, but liable to serve anywhere in India.
