Qualification
- Nursing Assistant: 10+2/Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
- Sepoy Pharma: 10+2 pass and Qualified in D.Pharma with min 55% marks and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India. Individuals qualified in B.Pharma with min 50% marks are also eligible.
Full Eligibility
The Indian Army eligibility criteria for 2026 require candidates to be Unmarried Male citizens of India. Physical fitness is the primary requirement. Candidates must meet the Physical Standards like Height, Weight, and Chest specified for their respective ARO/ZRO. Domicile certificate of the applying state is mandatory.

Physical Test Criteria
Candidates must qualify the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) at the rally site. This includes a 1.6 KM Run, Pull-ups, Zig-Zag Balance, and 9 Feet Ditch. The timing for the run and the number of pull-ups determine the qualification status for Nursing Assistant and Sepoy Pharma entries.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive Pay and Allowances as per the 7th Pay Commission. Apart from the basic pay, personnel are entitled to Free Ration, Clothing, Medical facilities, and Military Service Pay (MSP). The Monthly Salary increases with promotions and years of service.

Selection Process
The Indian Army Selection Process 2026 is divided into two phases. Phase I is the Online Computer Based Written Examination. Phase II involves the Recruitment Rally where candidates undergo Physical and Medical tests. Success in all stages is required for the final merit list.
