Selection Process

The selection process for the RSMSSB Village Development Officer (VDO) position involves multiple stages designed to assess candidates' suitability for the role. Candidates must successfully clear each stage to proceed further.

• Phase 1: Written Examination
• Phase 2: Document Verification

• The exam duration is 3 hours.
• There will be 160 questions for a total of 200 marks.
• Negative marking is applicable; ⅓ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
• The exam will be bilingual (English and Hindi).
• The questions will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type.
