The age limit will be calculated as on 01 August 2026. The post-wise age boundaries are as follows:
- For posts with Age Limit 18-27 years: Born not earlier than 02 August 1999 and not later than 01 August 2008.
- For posts with Age Limit 20-30 years: Born not earlier than 02 August 1996 and not later than 01 August 2006.
- For posts with Age Limit 18-30 years: Born not earlier than 02 August 1996 and not later than 01 August 2008.
- For posts with Age Limit 18-32 years: Born not earlier than 02 August 1994 and not later than 01 August 2008.
- Age Relaxation: Permissible relaxation in upper age limit beyond the categories is applicable as per government norms:

Qualification
- Assistant Audit Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute. Desirable qualifications include Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, Company Secretary, Masters in Commerce, MBA (Finance), or Masters in Business Economics. Proficiency in the regional/official language at the matriculation level is mandatory for state cadre posts.
- Junior Statistical Officer (JSO): Bachelor's Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level OR Bachelor's Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
- Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or Demography or Population Studies or Operation Research or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Application or Data Science or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized university or institute.
- All Other Posts (ASO, Inspectors, Executive Assistants, Sub-Inspectors, Auditors, Accountants, Tax Assistants, UDC): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation can also apply, provided they possess the essential qualification on or before the cut-off date of 01 August 2026.
