Qualification
- HEMM Operator (Trainee): Matriculation (10th) with 55% marks + Valid HMV/Transport License.
- Staff Nurse (Trainee): 10+2 + B.Sc Nursing or GNM Diploma + Registration with Nursing Council.
- Pharmacist (Trainee): 10+2 (Science) + Diploma in Pharmacy + Registration with Pharmacy Council.
- Overseer (Civil): Matriculation + 3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Technicians (Various): 10+2 with relevant Diploma in Pathology, Dental, Physiotherapy, or Radiography.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess the essential qualifications as on the cut-off date (01 May 2026). Qualifications through distance learning or part-time modes are not eligible for these technical roles.

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive competitive pay scales as per the National Coal Wage Agreement (NCWA-XI), along with allowances like DA, medical facilities, and bonuses.

Selection Process
The selection will be strictly based on merit derived from the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT). There is no interview for these posts.
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Marks objective test for 90 minutes.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates based on CBT merit will undergo scrutiny of original documents.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per Coal India rules.
- No Negative Marking: Each question carries 1 mark with no penalty for wrong answers.
Exam Pattern
The CBT will be conducted in a single sitting. The Question Paper will be bilingual (Hindi/English). Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks to be considered for the merit list.
